With work and school taking up most of your 24 hours, its understandable that you will have less than enough time to rest, less say to hit the gym. Fear no more, as this tutorial will help you get in shape at school or at work. 



1. Of course, stretch before starting! With one leg folded on your other tight, bend forward to stretch.

2. With a leg place backward onto a chair, bend downwards to help create a nice waist and tight line.

3. Two hands place backwards onto a chair, lower your body downwards. This will help exercise your arms and shoulders.

4. Place a book in between your tights and hold it there while bending both legs forwards and backwards.

5. Hug your tights in a seating position and tip toe. This helps to form the line of your calves.
