The list of one food diet can go on and on from lettuce, banana, and even just tomatoes. Here’s another to add, apples. Actress Park Minyoung has been said to have used this diet method to achieve a quick weight loss in 3 days so how does this diet work?

1. Consume the apple with its skin. 

2. Eat at a small amount whenever your stomach is empty. 

3. There’s no limit to the number of apples you can eat. 

4. Stop eating after 7 P.M.

The diet plan basically only revolves around water and apples which means you only eat apples and water throughout these 3 days. However, one food diet is never good for the health as your body would not get the necessary nutrients it needs. Therefore, it’s not recommended for a long-term diet.
